Obviously, the best places to stick them are on mirrors in women's bathrooms and in changing rooms. I personally reckon the best position is in a corner where a typical warning sticker would go - also that way it's less likely to be noticed/removed :)
If you'd like to duplicate it too, here are the templates and the specs:
If you're using Microsoft Word or an open source clone like Neo Office, use the
File --> New --> (From Template -->) Label
path to get to the label templates. The labels we used are Avery A4 - J8165 Parcel. We picked up a pack of about 100 from the stationery store (about $30).
Here's my template in .odt (Neo Office compatible) format. If you're doing yours from scratch, the text is:
WARNING
Reflections in this mirror may be distorted by socially constructed ideas of 'beauty'.
I used Arial for the font, in sizes 30/18.
I keep a sheet in my bag, and had out sheets to friends, too.
